Welcome to No Such Thing as a Bully®, the premier anti-bullying program for changing our language and approach to bullying. Up to now, society has been trying to deal with the problem of bullying by trying to find and change the “bullies” and the “victims”. What we are failing to notice is that each situation of bullying contains certain actions, actions that we are calling “bully actions” and “victim responses”. We also fail to take notice of the culture in which the bullying happens. Two things are needed to redefine the problem of bullying – attention to action and attention to culture.
